usvisascheduling.com — login, booking & help
How the official US visa appointment portal works in India, the most common login and slot problems, and how our dedicated team helps you secure an earlier appointment through it.
usvisascheduling.com is the official portal for scheduling US non-immigrant visa appointments in India (and several other countries) — both OFC biometrics and the Consular interview. AppointVisa is an independent assistance service: we help you secure and bring forward appointments booked through this official system. We are not affiliated with usvisascheduling.com, the U.S. Government or any Consulate, and we never ask for your portal login on a public form.
How US visa scheduling works on the portal
1. Complete your DS-160
Fill and submit the DS-160 online form for your visa category and note your confirmation barcode number.
2. Pay the MRV fee
Pay the non-refundable MRV visa fee (currently US$185 for most non-immigrant categories). Keep the payment receipt number — you need it to book.
3. Log in to the portal
Sign in to your usvisascheduling.com account (English path /en-US/). Your login is the account you created — never share it on any public form.
4. Choose OFC + Consular slots
Schedule your OFC biometrics and the Consular interview. The earliest dates are usually gone within minutes of opening.
Common usvisascheduling.com problems
You keep your own portal account. Our dedicated team monitors official availability on the portal every day for your category and cities, and acts the moment a suitable earlier OFC or Consular slot opens — so you don't have to refresh the calendar yourself. A small, 100% refundable pre-payment starts your request; the balance is due only after we book.
