Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated 29 October 2026. This is the plain-language version of section 6 of our Terms & Conditions.

How payment works

You pay a small advance when monitoring starts, and the balance only after we book an appointment within your agreed preferences. The fee, your date window and the deadline are agreed with you before you pay, and confirmed in your payment summary.

When you get the advance back — in full

  • We could not book an appointment within your agreed preferences by the agreed deadline.
  • We stop working on your request for a reason that isn't your fault.

When the advance is not refunded

  • You cancel the service, for any reason, after monitoring has started — our team's time and costs are committed from that moment.
  • You withdraw our access to your scheduling account, or change your preferences so we can't continue, without agreeing a new arrangement with us.
  • We booked an appointment within your agreed preferences — including if you later decide not to use it, or reschedule it yourself.
  • The information you gave us was false.

The balance

The balance is due only after a booking within your agreed preferences, within the time stated in your payment summary. Once paid it is not refundable, because the service has been delivered. Government (MRV) visa fees are paid by you to the official system and are never handled or refunded by us.

How to cancel or ask for a refund

Message us on the channel you've been using, or email support@appointvisa.com, with your name and request details. We confirm eligible refunds within 3 working days, and send them to the original payment method (or by UPI / bank transfer) within 7 working days of confirmation.
