We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the US Government, US Embassy or US Consulates. We do not issue visas, influence consular decisions or guarantee visa approval. All appointments are subject to availability and the official appointment scheduling system.
- What it costs
- ₹18,999 per applicant: ₹2,000 to start, the rest only after your appointment is booked. The advance is refunded in full if we don't book by the agreed deadline (refund policy). The US visa fee is separate and paid by you to the official system.

Walk away if a service…
- Asks for the full fee upfront with no refund terms
- Guarantees a date, an 'Embassy contact' or a visa
- Asks you to pay the US visa fee to them instead of the official system
- Asks for a second payment before giving your account back
- Won't give a company name, phone number or written terms
The US Embassy in India has warned about agents and fixers and cancelled appointments booked with bots. Book only through the official system, and pay US visa fees only there.

- Does AppointVisa have links to the US Embassy?
- No. We have no relationship with the US Government, Embassy or Consulates and no special access. Appointments come only from the official scheduling system.
- What if AppointVisa can't book my appointment?
- If we don't book by the agreed deadline, your advance is refunded in full. It isn't refunded if you cancel after monitoring has started — see the refund policy.
