Question 1

Do you guarantee an appointment or a specific date?

Accepted Answer

No. Appointment availability is controlled by the official scheduling system. We provide appointment assistance only — we never claim a guaranteed appointment, date, visa approval or visa issuance.

Question 2

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

A small pre-payment is required to start — it moves your request into priority handling. It is 100% refundable if we don't book your appointment. You pay the balance only after your appointment has been successfully secured.

Question 3

When is the pre-payment refundable?

Accepted Answer

In full (100%) if we don't secure your agreed appointment. The pre-payment is non-refundable if you cancel your request after our team has begun working on it, or once we have secured your appointment. The full conditions are set out in our Terms.

Question 4

Can my OFC and Consular locations be different?

Accepted Answer

Yes. AppointVisa treats OFC and Consular locations independently. You can select biometrics in one city and your interview in another.

Question 5

How will your team contact me?

Accepted Answer

Through the channel you choose — WhatsApp, Telegram, Email, Discord or Phone. You can also select a backup channel.

Question 6

Will you need my scheduling account login?

Accepted Answer

Yes — to book on your behalf our team needs access to your official scheduling account. You never enter it in the public form. Instead, once our team connects with you, you share your login through a secure channel, and only then, so it's handled safely.

Question 7

How do I pay after the service is completed?

Accepted Answer

You can pay directly (UPI, bank transfer, or another agreed method) or through a secure payment link sent on your chosen channel.

Question 8

Which visa categories do you support?

Accepted Answer

B1/B2, F1, J1, H1B, H4, L1/L2, O1/O2 and more. If your category is not listed, select Other and describe it.

Question 9

Is AppointVisa affiliated with the US Government?

Accepted Answer

No. AppointVisa is an independent appointment assistance service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. Government, U.S. Embassy, U.S. Consulates, or any official visa scheduling platform.
