The MRV (Machine Readable Visa) fee is the non-refundable US visa application fee you pay before booking an appointment — currently US$185 for most non-immigrant categories such as B1/B2, F1 and H1B. You pay it to the official system (not to AppointVisa), and the receipt number is required to schedule your appointment.
